Architecture baseline: HUB Constructor Master Plan V1.

Purpose

Описать pipeline экспорта опубликованного snapshot HUB в автономный landing repo с deploy и domain/SSL orchestration.

Pipeline

1. verify
2. build-and-push (GHCR)
3. deploy (self-hosted runner, docker compose)
4. health smoke
5. seo smoke
6. domain+ssl (optional)

Ops Constraints

• Только whitelisted sudo-команды (cp, ln, nginx -t, systemctl reload nginx, certbot).
• Любые нестандартные инфраструктурные изменения только по отдельному plan/approval.
